About

Kathryn Jones was building the future of digital media before most people knew what to call it. In 2006, she co-organized two of New York City's first podcasting conferences, helping shape the early landscape of a medium that would eventually reshape the world. She pioneered one of the first interactive live-streamed performing arts festivals through VirtualArtsTV, produced 150+ livestreams for major brands, and founded Collective Agency — a full-service digital media agency for collective good that raised millions of dollars and engaged millions of users for nonprofits and Fortune 500 clients alike, earning features in Adweek, Fast Company, and the New York Times along the way. Today, Kathryn operates at the sharpest edge of what's possible, building AI-powered media workflows and automation systems that turn hours of manual work into minutes of intelligent output — without losing the human story at the center. She's not just a strategist or a builder or a producer. She's all three, and she knows exactly when to be which one.
