For teams with in-house creative

Your team is already solid. We're the part you don't need to hire.

Sageworx works alongside in-house creative teams. Senior creative production, the specialist you're missing, and real capacity when the calendar spikes. Your brand stays in your hands. The work shows up at your standard.

Where we get pulled in

Three jobs in-house teams bring us into

Strong internal teams don't need another agency pitching them a brand platform. They need the work made, well, at the pace the business is moving. Almost every engagement we run with an in-house team is one of these three.

Production, when the idea is yours

The campaign's concepted. Now it needs a shoot, forty cutdowns, motion, the long-form piece, the version for the sales team. We take a finished idea and make all of it, to your standard, without your designers losing three weeks to resizing.

Video + motion · long-form content programs · versioning at scale · AI-assisted production with a human fingerprint

Specialists you'd never hire full-time

Every in-house team has a bench and every bench has gaps. A director for the brand film. A 3D artist for one launch. A writer who knows how to keep a story emotional through legal review. Our members are M-shaped: deep in more than one discipline, so you get the person, for the piece, and they already speak the language of the people around them.

100+ M-shaped members · one lead as your single point of contact · slotted into your Slack, your Figma, your review process

What M-shaped means

Capacity, when everything lands at once

Launch season. The rebrand rollout. The quarter where three business units all have a priority. A pre-assembled pod that's ready in days, works like an extension of your team, and stands down when the spike does. No headcount conversation required.

Sized to the work · scales up + down · no agency retainer, no freelancer roulette

How it works alongside you

Your brand, your standards, your tools

The thing in-house leaders worry about with outside help is losing the thread: the voice drifts, the files come back wrong, someone has to re-explain the brand every time. We built the model around not doing that.

One lead, not a roster

You get a senior producer or creative lead who owns the work end to end. They pull the right members in behind the scenes. You never manage five contractors, and you never get a junior in the room.

We learn the brand once

Voice, visual grammar, claims rules, the things legal always flags. We capture it in a living brand system so the tenth piece is as on-brand as the first, and a new member can pick it up cold.

AI where it helps, humans where it matters

We use AI to move faster on the mechanical parts: versions, first cuts, research, rough layouts. Concept, craft, and judgment stay with people. Every deliverable carries a human fingerprint, and our AI policy is public.

We know your category

Pharma, financial services, scientific instruments, and the consumer brands around them. Our flex is that we show up with someone who already knows your competitors and your audience, and who can get emotionally-driven work through legal review without sanding the feeling off it. Don't believe it? Challenge us.

Good outside work doesn't look outside. It looks like your team on a very good week.

Fit check

We're a good fit when

We'd rather tell you up front than find out on the third round of revisions.

Bring us in if

  • You have strong creative leadership and a brand you protect, and you need more hands that can meet that bar
  • There's a specific gap: video, motion, long-form, campaign concepting, or AI-assisted production that still looks made by people
  • Volume is spiking and a headcount req isn't happening this quarter
  • Your category has review cycles that kill most outside work. Legal, MLR, compliance
  • You'd like to actually talk to the people doing the work

Probably skip us if

  • The work is one discrete piece a solo freelancer could do in a day
  • You're shopping on rate per hour. Our people are experienced, and total cost is where we win
  • You need someone on site five days a week. We're mostly in Atlanta and spread across the Southeast, but we work like a remote extension of your team

Questions in-house leaders ask

The short answers

The ones that come up on the first call, nearly every time.

Won't outside work look different from what my team makes?

Only if nobody captured the brand properly. We build a living brand system on the way in, voice, visual grammar, claims rules, and work inside your review process, so the seams don't show. That's the whole job.

How fast can you actually start?

Usually days, not weeks. There's no pitch, no onboarding theater. Brief us, we assemble the right members, one lead runs it, work starts.

What does "AI-assisted production" mean in practice?

It means a small team can ship a lot more without it looking templated. We use AI on the mechanical parts, versioning, first passes, research, and keep concept, craft, and final judgment with senior humans. Our AI policy spells out where the line is.

Do you work with teams outside regulated industries?

Yes, often. Consumer brands, challenger brands, startups. The regulated work just means we've built habits around making emotional work survive scrutiny, which turns out to be useful everywhere.

How does pricing work?

Scoped to the work, not the hour. A project, a pod for a season, or a light retainer for teams that call on us often. We'll tell you which one fits before we quote it.

Who am I actually talking to?

The people doing the work. Your lead is a senior producer or creative who's made this kind of thing before, and the founders stay close to every engagement.
