Ray-Ban Polar Studio

Mobile pop-up store reveals the true you in support of Ray-Ban’s Never Hide campaign.

THE GOAL: To develop a fun, interactive retail experience that engaged consumers to try on Ray-Ban Polar sunglasses while extending the brand’s connection with music.

Pat Conreaux worked with his team at IMG LIVE to develop the Ray-Ban Polar Studio, a retail-friendly mobile unit where customers could select a pair of Ray-Bans, step into a recording booth, and create a quick music video – that could then be shared on social media. 

Interactive Polar Mirrors positioned throughout the display not only highlighted the brand’s timeless styling and broad range of fashion fits, it also brought to life the incredible clarity of the product’s polarized technology as customers donned glasses to reveal imagery hidden from the naked eye, thus lifting up the brand’s Never Hide positioning for Millennial music fans.

THE RESULT: Thousands of consumers visited the studio, generating incremental purchases and posting more than 1,600 personalized music videos on social media.
