With 20+ years expertise in studio development, design process and incubation strategy, Pat has made a career of building brands, developing creative infrastructures and uniting cross-functional organizations to economize scale and accelerate growth. Along the way he has pioneered the development of three in-house creative studios, directed brand strategy and marketing for three TOP 100 marketing agencies and architected high-profile brand experiences for Fortune 500 companies. Pat subscribes wholly to the belief that “the heart is the hub of all creativity”, and he finds inspiration in people and companies who lead with passion and high emotional intellect.

It’s this passion-first approach that he credits for giving birth to over 20 award-winning campaigns, including Addys, Reggies, PRO Awards and Ex Awards for brands like AT&T, Cox Communications, The Coca-Cola Company, DIRECTV, Marriott, Prudential, Symantec, Timberland, and Verizon. Pat is often described as an intuitive mentor and advisor who is constantly scaling the precipice of what’s now and what’s next—both for the people he works with and the brands he represents.
