Kat Friis

Kat is an Emmy Award winning producer with over 20 years of experience working in the advertising and marketing industry across all product segments for many leading global advertisers. Kat has been a consistent and active member of the advertising community and has built and fostered many key relationships with partners along the way. A creative and solutions minded production executive, Kat also serves on the Executive Committee of the Television Academy’s Commercial Peer Group and is a climate leader on Al Gore’s Climate Reality Project. Sustainability and regenerative production practices are at the core of her being and in 2020 Kat Co-founded Green The Bid, a grass roots initiative and community supporting the advertising industry in shifting to zero-waste, carbon neutral, sustainable and regenerative practices. Kat is also the co-founder and CMO of dr. Scobii, a probiotic beverage company based in southern California.
